Ariel Gail
Professor Gail S. Goodman teaches psychology at the University of California Davis. The professor is also director of the Center for Public Policy Research. The university is renowned as the pioneer of modern research of the eyewitness memory of children and using child victims to be legal witnesses. The number of publications by Professor Goodman is extensive and she has been awarded numerous grants and has been the recipient of many honors the national level and international. She has collaborated with numerous organisations and governments around the globe on research and policies relating to child victimized by the justice system. She is currently a consultant to the Special Assault Forensic Evaluation Center at Sacramento County Child Protective Services (formerly Multidisciplinary Interview Center). She's a member of numerous professional associations which include the Association for Psychological Science and American Psychological Association. Professor. Goodman is a fellow of the Psychonomics Society Society for Research in Child Development American Professional Society on the Abuse of Children and the International Society for Traumatic Stress Studies. She served as president of the American Psychological Association's Developmental Psychology Division, Division American Psychology Law Society and Division Society for Family and Child Policy and Practice.
